This full time role offers steady hours in a clean, organized shop with occasional field service work. What You’ll Do- Perform preventative maintenance on heavy duty diesel trucks and trailers- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using modern diagnostic tools- Repair engines, transmissions, brakes, HVAC, and electrical systems- Operate lifts, pneumatic tools, welders, and shop equipment- Communicate findings and document repairs clearly What You Need- 3+ years mechanical experience OR completed related formal mechanical training- Experience as a truck or diesel technician- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and software- Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred)- ASE certifications a plus- Must have own hand tools What We Offer- $52,000–$65,000 annually based on experience- Monthly performance based incentive plan- Health and dental insurance- Overtime opportunities- Uniforms- Stable, long term employment with a respected local company
